SHOW DOWN SAN ANGELO TEXAS

We Arrived in San Angelo Thursday mid day, it was warm to say the least setting up our operation and unloading the boat. The team did a great job working in the heat making the necassary adjustments to the boat track side.

1st round qualifying Saturday morning was not impressive to say the least as far as the ET or mph, we found contamination in the fuel.

2nd round qualifying saturday afternoon was not much better, could not get the nitro motor to lite, and when we did manage to get it lit she was needing more spark, we ended up up #4 qualifier, which matched us up against Spirit of Texas in the first round of eliminations for the Sunday morning Line up. We couldn't get past the electrical an fuel issues and lost to the Spirit of Texas.

The team is working hard to overcome and fix the problems before heading out to Augusta Georgia

 I want give a special thanks to Terry for fixin the Peterbuilt as well as Hoot Gibson’s gracious hospitality and also helping us find our way through San Angelo.

The Texas hospitality and bar-b-cue were awesome!
